Systems Engineer - Eclipsys Sunrise Clinical Manager / SunriseXA

Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of experience in the installation and administration of Eclipsys Corporation’s Sunrise Clinical Manager / SunriseXA
• Three (3) years of hands-on experience in Windows workstation operating systems (2000/XP)
• Three (3) years of hands-on experience with Windows 2000/2003 Server operating systems
• Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
• Strong technical background
• Ability to work independently and with team members
• Exceptional problem solving skills
• Strong client relations experience
• Record of anticipating problems and initiating curative action; proactive

Essential duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Installation, configuration and support of application software on networked Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 servers
• Support of thin client workstation deployment (Citrix MetaFrame).

• Respond to issues and work collaboratively with internal resources and vendors to resolve issues
• Participate in ongoing and 24 x 7 application on-call (paid) support
• Maintain and/ or create documentation related to support activities
• Knowledge of Information Technology industry trends
