Senior Implementation Consultant

Senior Implementation Consultant will work with Information Services, the health system, and application team. The Implementation Consultant will implement the Eclipsys Sunrise Clinical Manager / SunriseXA (SCM) application focused on hospital initiatives for an integrated health system. There is direct interface with clients in IS as well as clinical staff within the health system.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Sunrise Clinical Manager / SunriseXA implementation and / or support experience
• Experience with all phases of a clinical Information System implementation (planning, design, build, test, activation, support)
• Knowledge of Hospital Clinical operations, service coordination and patient flow
• Ability to define departmental/clinical end-user requirements
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple implementation projects
• Identify any interface requirements and design considerations
• Analyzing report requirements
• Conduct unit testing, assist in integrated testing

• Ability to organize, coordinate, and lead team meetings 
• Documenting all activities and specifications
• Ability to motivate and mentor
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills

• Provide options to maximize system performance  

Specific experience / skills required:

• Experience in SCM Configuration Tools and coding configuration tables
• Experience in SCM Configuration Tools; Express Load / Unload
• Troubleshoots interfaces

• MLM and/ or Report Writing skills preferred

Education Requirements:

• Technical or Clinical Degree Preferred
